Give: 2 Corinthians 9:6-11

SOAP: Psalm 112:9

God wants us to be generous with what we have.

2 Corinthians 9:7

2 Observations: 

  1.  Nowhere in this passage does Paul tell this church how much he wants them to give. 

  2.  Nowhere in this passage does Paul command this church to give.

When we are generous to God, God is generous to us. 

2 Corinthians 9:8, 11

Your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. 

A heart overflowing with radical generosity is a clear sign of a heart overflowing with the radical love of Jesus.
